Shareholder communications
You have a choice for how certain Helia shareholder communications are sent to you. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to switch to electronic communications. This will allow us save costs, reduce our environmental impact and conveniently provide you with Helia shareholder information. If you would like to switch to electronic communications, login to the

and select Communications, Preferences and select all communications electronically.
Communications election
The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) also allows you to make an election as to how you would like to be sent certain documents in physical or electronic form, including Annual Reports and documents related to shareholders’ meetings (for example AGM notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms). The election can either be:
- a standing election, to be applied to all documents, or a specific type of document;
- an ad hoc request for a particular document by contacting Link Market Services by phone on 1300 554 474 or by email to
registrars@linkmarketservices.com.au
You can also make an election that you do not want to be sent a copy of the Annual Report or any document prescribed in the regulations.

You will need your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) to verify your identity. Your SRN/HIN is available on your holding/transaction and distribution statements.
